2025 was a defining year for Dan Cristiani Excavating and our family of companies.
This year marked an important evolution in leadership: The hiring of James Bush as President of Dan Cristiani Excavating created space for our leader, Chris Jackson, to step into the CEO role fully, sharpening focus, strengthening vision, and positioning the company for long-term growth. Across the organization, strong leadership continued with Matt Hupp guiding Gotta Go Waste & Recycling, and teams at Clark County Transfer & Recycling and DC Develop pushing forward with purpose and momentum.
We also celebrated the many honors received by our founder Dan Cristiani, recognition that reflects decades of hard work, grit, an impeccable reputation, and a legacy that continues to shape everything we do. We also celebrated company-wide awards and honors as well.
But none of this happens without the people on the ground every day. The employees who show up, solve problems, and take pride in their work are the backbone of our companies. And just as important are the families who stand behind them, supporting long hours, early mornings, and the commitment this work requires.
As we look back on 2025, we’re proud of the progress made, the leadership strengthened, and the foundation laid for what’s ahead. This year moved us forward — and we’re ready for what comes next.
