✂️🎨 Things got CREATIVE at the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club!

Our team joined Charlestown Boys & Girls Club's pre-teens for an afternoon of piñata-making, and these young artists brought the energy! Cutting, gluing, painting and turning big ideas into colorful creations, there was never a dull moment.

And fun fact: the Charlestown Club opened in 1893 with just 38 boys. Today, the Grousbeck Club of Charlestown serves more than 900 young people each year, offering a safe, welcoming place to explore interests, build relationships and discover new possibilities. More than 130 years later, it continues to play an important role in the neighborhood.

With Castle celebrating 30 years in Boston, spending time with the young people who make this community special was a pretty great way to mark the occasion.

What does it take to build a business that’s ready for what’s next?

Center for Women & Enterprise's Summit brought entrepreneurs and business leaders together to share ideas, build connections and explore new opportunities across corporate and government supply chains.

Castle Principal/Co-Founder Sandy Lish joined Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell for the opening session, contributing to a conversation about the experiences, strategies and perspectives that can help businesses grow, lead with confidence and seize new opportunities.

That kind of exchange matters. For nearly 30 years, Castle has seen firsthand what can happen when business leaders come together to share what they’ve learned, challenge conventional thinking and open doors for one another.

Thousands packed Downtown Crossing for Embrace Boston's third annual Embrace Massó ¡Con Salsa!: Ritmo y Sonido Block Party, turning Summer Street Plaza into a celebration of music, culture and community for Hispanic Heritage Month.

With a headline performance from legendary Puerto Rican salsa group El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, the celebration honored the legacy of José Massó III while bringing Boston’s Latino communities together through music and culture.

And there was even more reason to celebrate: the block party offered a fitting welcome to Downtown Crossing as Embrace gets ready to open its new permanent home just steps away.

Collaborative, dependable, and loyal, Abby is always ready to lend a hand and support those around her.

A University of Maine alum, Abby is a chips-and-queso fan and loves spending time with her family's black lab, Kebo. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, staying active, experimenting in the kitchen, and capturing moments through photography.

As an Event/Registration Specialist, she'll help keep our events running smoothly, managing the details behind the scenes, and creating a seamless experience from start to finish.

Looking back on Unstoppable Now!

Through Massachusetts' Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) initiative, young leaders from across the Commonwealth came together to share their experiences, strengthen connections, and help shape meaningful change.

The energy, insight, and passion in the room made this an event to remember. 💜

Turns out 30 years flies by when you've spent most of it sitting across from your work wife. (Or, these days, talking to her while she's in her mobile office... aka her car. 🚗)

From two desks in one office to teams across the country, we've come a long way. In that time, we've had the privilege of working with incredible clients, building an amazing team and creating more memories than we ever imagined.

Thirty years later, we're still laughing, still picking up the phone and still doing what we love.
