Dave’s Coffee Toffee Cinnamon Rolls (No-Yeast!) ☕️✨
The Dough:
• 2 cups Flour
• 2 tbsp Sugar + 1 tbsp Baking Powder + ½ tsp Salt
• 6 tbsp Cold Salted Butter (cubed)
• ¾ cup Milk
Mix dry, cut in butter until crumbly, stir in milk. Roll into a rectangle.
The Coffee Filling:
• ½ cup Softened Salted Butter
• 1 cup Brown Sugar + 1.5 tbsp Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp Dave’s Coffee Syrup
Whip butter and syrup until fluffy, fold in sugar/cinnamon. Spread over dough, roll up, and slice into 9 rolls.
The Coffee Toffee Glaze:
• 4 tbsp Salted Butter
• ¼ cup Brown sugar + 2 tbsp Dave’s Coffee Syrup
• ½ cup Powdered sugar + 1 tbsp Milk
Simmer butter, brown sugar, and syrup for 1 min. Whisk in powdered sugar and milk until glossy.
Bake: 400°F for 18–22 mins. Let cool 5 mins, then drench in that toffee glaze. 🤤
