You arrive at a job to remove a tree close to a house.
During inspection, you notice the tree is more damaged inside than expected, and there is a real risk it could shift while cutting.
The customer only asked for removal, but you’re also thinking about safety and getting home to your family at the end of the day.
What do you do?
A) Continue the removal as planned
B) Stop and reassess the safest method before starting
C) Bring in extra equipment/crew for controlled removal
