Is your team resistant to tracking their estimates? Maybe they think it will slow them down if they take the time to estimate.

Some teams won't estimate because they're afraid they'll get in trouble when their estimates are wrong.

The problem is when we fail to track our estimates, we lose our ability to predict how much work we can get done in a given amount of time.

And without that predictability, we can't even begin to guess how much we can take on in the future. Stakeholders become frustrated that we're unable to plan future work with any certainty.

Do you have a team that's not actually delivering enough value to customers? They're busy. We know that they're working their butts off, but their customers aren't seeing as much value as they expect that they should. We know that they're working their butts off, but their customers aren't seeing as much value as they expect that they should.
