WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE TO CHANGE? π±
This week I will have the opportunity to speak at Wake Forest University School of Medicine to a group who will gather because they have become motivated to change due to a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis.
Often when I speak to large groups they are concerned that they have or will have a scary diagnosis regarding their health and they want to gather information and make changes that seemed too difficult before.
I am passionate about helping these people.π±
It was my cancer diagnosis 11 years ago that motivated me to make the dietary changes that would have a positive effect on my health span and longevity, and now I teach others the how and why they need to know to be successful to do the same.
