Recently, on a podcast interview I spoke about despite not being a practitioner, I’ve been welcomed in this space of working with private practice owners.

Outside of my desire to truly help, one of the main reasons is because I know the business side of building, growing and leading a practice inside and out. Multi-million dollar practices at that.
The knowledge I bring runs DEEP. I’ve built, grown, led and consulted within global and national healthcare organizations - large, midsize and small private practices.

I’ve helped multiple practice owners to win in mental health, chiropractic, dentistry, cardiology, asthma and allergy, ophthalmology, primary care, urgent care, geriatrics…I feel like there is more. Haha!

Having this kind of experience gives me an arsenal of resources, tools and knowledge I share with my private practice clients. How I look at your practice is not the same way you look at it. Trust me.

What I’ve seen in the space is there are private practice owners who may bring in 6, 7-figures, but don’t truly know the business side of their practice. They only have their one practice as an example.

Even this week, I’m in the process of working with a practice owner who has been in practice for 30+ years. She said she still doesn’t understand the business side because she never took the time to really learn it. Her practice has suffered because of it.
