We don’t either, too many variables when depending on outside haulers/vendors, we did promise 48 though.
Our boys left our site in Durham, NC for the southern charm of Spartanburg, SC and were back home 48 hours later.
No more iron being slung at this CrossFit Gym.

Kingdom Demolition burned the midnight oil last night in the first step of transforming this shopping center. After monitoring the traffic flow during the daytime we requested to work nights. Making that decision allowed our team to finish majority of this project in one night. Back to day shift next week! The only thing busier than us last night was that cookout drive thru! Even better this project is now weeks ahead of schedule for our client. We don’t just show up to log hours, we show up to perform!

Final building down in the #336

Last week our crew finished the 40,000 square feet of building and foundation removal at this previous dealership. They got to play in the dirt a little longer helping remove a surprise. Buried in-ground lifts and pumps were discovered. After removing all potential hazardous oils, jumped in to keep the project rolling. Thanks to our crew, our client and others onsite for making this one seamless!

Kingdom Demolition was able to sneak two quick tear downs in for some great clients. A small house in and a garage separation in Things can get chaotic when juggling multiple jobs, mixed between commercial and residential. Good thing our crews love chaos and love . On to the next one!

Another one coming down. This time in . What began as a was repurposed into Floyd’s Restaurant. Floyd’s was a local staple for soul food for almost 40 years. After closing their doors, this building had served its final purpose. Kingdom Demolition is on-site making way for the future. Thanks for the great meals for so many years and cheers to the future development.

New steakhouse coming soon! Building and site demo are complete in Shelby, NC. Kingdom Demolition loves a clean site and happy customer.

Update at Coleman Mill. Kingdom Demolition has entered the final stretch of this historical renovation. Exterior elevator shaft and two, three-story mechanical room additions are in the process of being removed. A little bit of proper preparation goes a long way. We have really enjoyed working with this client. Working together through some logistical and structural challenges has been a breeze. Can’t wait to see the finished product down the road.

Another one starting up! This time we are in making room for a new LongHorn Steakhouse

This 6,000 SF restaurant and the site will be cleared and ready for construction by next week.
