This week at CRG Waverly, we heard from Chuck Norton, President of Norton Insurance Services and member of the CRG Board of Directors.

Chuck shared how his agency helps clients with auto, home, umbrella, recreational vehicle, rental property, and other insurance needs throughout the South Charlotte area.

One key message stood out:

“Your insurance is only as good as your agent.”

Chuck emphasized the importance of education, clear communication, strong customer service, and follow-up after claims.

Great presentation by Bo with Yanbo Solutions at CRG Waverly!
Bo gave members a clear look at what Yanbo does, who they help, and how to recognize a strong referral. Yanbo Solutions helps established businesses with website design and development, branding, SEO, Google visibility, marketing strategy, print materials, lead generation, and custom software solutions.
It was great seeing some of their capabilities, including websites they developed for local businesses, email and direct mail campaign systems, custom platforms they have built, and their ability to help businesses generate better leads through a stronger digital foundation.
They are a great fit for professional services, healthcare, attorneys, real estate, trade, finance, and other businesses where credibility and online presence matter.
