Shouting, Happy Women's History Month! I love the celebration of womanhood. So this month I'll be coming on live at least twice a week to celebrate women in history and women of today making "herstory" count. Remember, it's okay to "Love Yourself Out Loud!"😘🥰

So happy be part of dynamic platform that will bring much needed light/awareness for betterment of the community through education, healing and growth

We’ve been working on a big project and are ready to debut it. Join us on Saturday, February 25, for our Self-Care & Wellness Saturdays Program Kickoff. Come see what we have planned, and provide your input at this walk-in, health fair.

Our program will provide free access and mental health support for individuals through education and discussions with behavioral care providers.

We all have different perspectives in life. There are things that we can solve and some that we can’t. Things that can be changed and things that are fixed.

Sometimes we focus on the things that we want to change but cannot be changed. And that gives us the anxiety and stress for not achieving the things we want. But why can't we consider it in a different outlook. Why can't we just change our way of seeing these things?

It's all about the attitude we give in some situations in life. We can't change a thing, just change our way of seeing it. So that we will not be stressed. Just enjoy seeing the brighter side!

Having someone you can call your peace is the one of the most important parts of a relationship. Someone who can take all the worries away. Can be unstressed and make your mind at peace. Having someone who can protect you at all costs.

Love is a commitment, where you need to protect each other's peace. Where you will be his rest. And having each other is the best feeling in the world.

Facing life together. Holding hands while conquering anyone that will stand in your way. Love is not just about being together its all about being loved by each each other.
