Harvest season at the farm is happening. We can wait to get these beautiful Yellow Catuai beans at the roastery! Once harvested we will lay them on the dying beds for 4 weeks before the final milling process. We love the balanced bright and sweet citrus flavors from this varietal. We hope you enjoy!
