Some guy on a bus was selling some branded toothpaste of which he claimed it CURES dental abscess, said something else that made me remember.
He said: This Colgate cures tooth abscess, dental caries and bleeding gums.
Now, therapeutic claims aside. The fact that he said Colgate instead of toothpaste (by mentioning his brand) reminded me of patients who consider all capsules to be amoxyl, yellow tablets to be fragyl and almost all injections to be XPen.
There are even those lozis that come with malaria and when we put them on artesunate, they say it's coartem ya nyeleti😅
