The Augusta, Georgia Chapter of the Gold Prospectors Association of America was established in 2001 with the goal of uniting people together throughout the Central Savannah River Area who had an interest in gold prospecting.

Many of our members stopped by Crisson Gold Mine while on our recent outing and walked away with some Au-some new products like new Dream Mats, new gold pans, a new sluice box, and even a new highbanker/dredge combo! Thank you to Tammy and everyone at Crisson Gold Mine for sharing their knowledge and helping our members find the perfect products for their next prospecting adventures!

We had a blast this past weekend at the Lost Dutchman's Mining Association Loud Mine for our Spring outing! Thank you to all our members who joined us on Saturday for a day full of prospecting and fellowship. ⛏️
