I am a Birth/ Labor Doula providing birth/labor support, and breastfeeding education to expectant mothers in the Charlotte and surrounding area.

Hello friends! It’s been a while, but I am happy to say that I am back! I took some time off for myself to really figure out if being a birth worker was truly a path that I wanted to take, and I’ve discovered that it is indeed. 🥰 My passion had been sparked once more & I am very excited to be get back to taking clients.

I am currently looking to work more with families during the postpartum stage of birth. I will be updating those services on this page as well as adding them to my website once it is completed.

A lotus birth is when you delay cord clamping, and allow all the blood from the umbilical cord to drain out before cutting the cord. 🌸
*This bag is not made for storage of the placenta after birth. It is only used to hold the placenta while the umbilical cord is still attached to the baby. *

Transparency post. 💚
The passion I have for being a doula runs deep within me, however lately I’ve been afraid to dive deep & bring it forth. Holding on to that fear has shown up as procrastination, not edifying myself when it comes to my natural skills of caring and informing others, & just down right laziness. However, each time I read a birth story, or see a pregnant momma, the excitement builds to new levels.
I have taken my time with truly committing myself to my doula works, but that time has coming to an end.
I want people to see and feel my passion, as well as be inspired by it. 💚

Starting a new chapter can be challenging, but the end result is doing things you other wise would have never done. I became a doula after having 2 very different child birthing experiences with both of my children. The commonality between the two was that I didn’t feel supported in the way I felt like I needed to be as a first time mom. I have learn so many things I wish I would have known then. So I made it my mission to gain the knowledge and skills to help other moms out there JUST LIKE ME, who didn’t have that support with labor and delivery.
To all my new followers, Welcome! My name is Cole & I am a trained birth doula working toward my certification. I have two little ones, Elijah (6) & Nolah (3). I also have a crochet business that I am extremely proud of. I am a naturally nurturing spirit and helping people is my passion in life. I am here to support all families on their journey to parenthood. 🌈
