Last week, we built the employee. This week, we’re building the WORKFORCE.
And THIS is where things start getting really interesting.
Last Tackle-It Tuesday, we built our AI SOP Architect—an AI employee designed to interview you about how work gets done in your business, identify missing steps and gaps, validate what it heard, and turn all of that knowledge into a structured Standard Operating Procedure.
We even put it to work LIVE.
Our AI SOP Architect interviewed us about a real client intake process, caught gaps in the way the process was explained, summarized what it learned for validation, created the finished SOP, and helped us get that document where it belonged.
That was a powerful moment.
But it also raised the next question:
What happens when you have multiple AI employees?
How do they work together?
Who decides which AI employee should handle a particular business problem?
How does research become strategy… strategy become a documented process… and that process become consistent ex*****on?
THAT is where we’re going this Tuesday.
We’re continuing our journey toward building an AI Workforce Ecosystem—not a random collection of AI tools.
