Life is all about loving God and loving others — it really is as simple as that. ❤️

Through every season, every challenge, every blessing, and every new beginning, I’m reminded that our lives have a greater purpose.

My story isn’t about being perfect. It’s about faith, gratitude, growth, and giving God the glory for bringing me this far. 🙏🏻

We never know what someone else may be going through. Sometimes, a kind word, a little encouragement, or simply showing someone love can make a difference bigger than we realize.

💻 EXCITED BEYOND BELIEF! ❤️‍🔥

I have been given an opportunity to work remotely, and I’m embracing this new chapter with Excitement, Gratitude, and FAITH!

Is it going to be a smooth road? Probably not! There will always be bumps along the way, unexpected turns, and adjustments to make.

But here’s what I know…

🙏🏻 STAY FOCUSED.
BE YOURSELF.
STAY AUTHENTIC.
KEEP MOVING FORWARD.

And above all, NEVER forget WHO is guiding your steps!

God has promised to hold us in His hands, to guide us, strengthen us, and protect us through life’s challenges.

Because sometimes, when we cannot see the whole picture, we simply have to TRUST the One who can!

FAITH over fear.

COLD-SEASON COMFORT WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

When I’m feeling under the weather, I reach for some of my favourite Zilara oils and blends to create a comforting atmosphere, encourage rest and help me feel refreshed.

BREATHE RELIEF
This blend combines Eucalyptus Citriodora, Ravintsara and Lavender Vera. I use it according to the label when I want a fresh, soothing aroma during cold season.

TRI REMEDY
This powerful blend contains Thyme, Clove and Cinnamon. It is not an everyday oil and should be used only as directed—topically on the soles of the feet.

IMMUNE SHIELD
A convenient seasonal blend to keep close during travel, changing seasons or busy days. Follow the directions on your specific bottle or AromaStix.

Here are a few diffuser combinations using Zilara essential oils:

FRESH-AIR BLEND
• 2 drops Eucalyptus Globulus
• 1 drop Peppermint
• 1 drop Lemon

PEACEFUL BEDTIME BLEND
• 2 drops Lavender Vera
• 2 drops Frankincense

CRISP & CLEAN BLEND
• 2 drops Lemon
• 1 drop Tea Tree
• 1 drop Eucalyptus Radiata

COZY COMFORT BLEND
• 2 drops Frankincense
• 2 drops Lavender Vera
• 1 drop Lemon

MORNING REFRESH BLEND
• 2 drops Eucalyptus Radiata
• 1 drop Peppermint
• 1 drop Frankincense

Always adjust the total number of drops for the size of your diffuser and follow the directions for each oil. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room and take breaks rather than running it continuously.

I also love warm tea made with fresh lemon, ginger and honey, plenty of water, a warm shower and lots of rest. Sometimes slowing down is exactly what the body is asking for.

“Sometimes the blessing is in the pause.” 🙏🏻

This morning is wrapped in mist…
and honestly, I love it. 🌫️

You can’t see very far ahead.
You can’t see what’s around the next bend.

But maybe that’s okay.

Because we don’t always need to see the whole road… We just need enough FAITH to take the next step. 🙏🏻

Today, I’m sitting here counting my blessings…
listening to the quiet…
looking at God’s beautiful creation…
and with my little Bodyguard at my feet,
I’m reminded that I am never really alone. 🐾❤️

FAITH. GRATITUDE. PEACE.
That’s my Saturday morning. ❤️‍🔥

So wherever you are today…
Slow down.
Breathe.
Look around.

There may be a blessing right in front of you that you were moving too fast to notice. 🌸
