Caryn Lee has had 2 careers. Her first career spanned 15 years with one of the big consulting firms and focused on big technology projects. Realizing she is more passionate about people than technology, she bought into an assessment publishing and training company and turned the business around to profitability. After selling her shares to her partners, she then founded Narrative in 2015, a consulting firm that assists organizations with improving engagement, culture, and communication.
