STOP SPENDING ON ACCIDENT. START SPENDING WITH INTENTION.

If we don’t have clear goals, money will always find a way to disappear 💸
Payday comes and suddenly it’s brunch, trips, fits, tabs, and vibes with no real progress.

Life has to be bigger than “I got paid, so I’m going out.”
That mindset is small. It’s temporary. And it keeps you stuck.

The shift happens when you actually ask yourself
What do I want out of life?
Who am I becoming?
What am I building?

That’s where goal setting changes everything.
That’s where budgeting becomes a tool, not a restriction.
That’s where skills matter, because skills create value and value creates options 📈

This is mindset work. This is life work. This is legacy work 🙏🏾

This thought is on the heels of our Iron Sharpens Iron call last night. We studied Matthew 12:1–13, where Jesus confronts what happens when obedience is reduced to rules and detached from the Spirit. Thing is, there has always been an underlying tension between law, grace, and the Spirit. Even today, it just shows up in different forms.

In a world shaped by headlines, algorithms, and systems that reward not stepping out of line, it’s easy to confuse being “right” with being aligned. Jesus reminds us that true obedience doesn’t harden hearts….it restores them.

The question still presses us in real time: Are we applying truth in a way that brings life?
Because Kingdom alignment always moves toward restoration.

This past weekend I had the honor of serving as a presenter & panelist with my brother , and I’ll be honest… it was fun, fulfilling, and I probably got more out of it than the kids did. 🙏🏾

Anytime I get to pour into the next generation around money, mindset, and purpose, it fills my cup in a different way. These students were engaged, curious, and hungry to learn, a reminder of why this work matters.

As a continued way to seed into the community, and I will be partnering to select 6 students who attended and fund $100 each into an investment account to help them start their journey early. 🌱📈

Huge thank you to the for the incredible work they continue to do and for creating spaces like this. Looking forward to what’s next and building on this momentum. 💙

MONEY DON’T HAVE ANY EMOTIONS… 💵✨

Most people think their money problems come from the money… but the real battle is internal. A $20 bill doesn’t think anything of you. Neither does $100… or $10,000… or a million. It’s just paper with numbers on it.

The moment you attach emotion to it — fear, stress, desire, scarcity — you give it more power than it actually has.

The real shift happens when you learn how to:
• Respect money (understand its purpose)
• But stay indifferent to it (remove emotional barriers)

Because the more neutral your relationship with money becomes, the more control you gain over your financial life. That’s how you move from surviving to stewarding. 🙏🏾💼

The floors you replace… the cabinets you update… the elbow grease you put in…
👉 that’s what creates the value and the freedom.

Turnkey is cute.

Some stuff hits you different because God assigned you to it. That frustration? That irritation? That dream you can’t shake? That’s purpose tapping you on the shoulder 👀🔥

Moses felt it. Jesus felt it. You feel it too.
And that’s why random jobs drain you — you’re trying to function outside what God wired you for.

Proverbs 19:21 says it best:
“Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.”

When you chase the paycheck, you burn out.
When you chase your purpose, you prosper.
Find the thing that won’t leave you alone… and run toward it. 🙏🏾✨

🔥 You Know Real Salt & Light When You See It”🔥

A lot of us say we’re “amazed” by things… but in Scripture, amazed wasn’t casual. It meant “this just shifted something in me.”

That’s why the man with leprosy moved without hesitation — he recognized real authority, real presence, real power. Yeshua didn’t just talk, He taught with a weight that made people stop and say, “Nah… this is different.”

And that’s the call for us today too.
Not to perform.
Not to be deep.
But to carry something so authentic that people can see God in the way we live, love, and move.

Stay rooted. Stay sharp. Stay lit in Him. ✨✊🏾
Because real salt & light don’t need an introduction.

Are we really out of options to the point where a 50-year mortgage is supposed to fix affordable housing? 🤔

Lower monthly payments sound good… until you realize prices keep sprinting faster than wages. That’s not affordability, that’s just stretching the pain over twice the years.

At some point we gotta address the real issue — supply, wages, and a system that keeps moving the finish line. 🏚️💸

Men across America are all having the same convos….

Cuz man, adulthood will humble you quick 😂
You work… you try to save… you try to do right… and somehow that check still vanishes by Sunday.
But here’s the truth: the system isn’t broken — it’s built a certain way. And once you learn the rules, you stop playing defense and start calling plays like a QB with vision. 🏈💼

Most people keep chasing shortcuts that don’t actually build wealth:
🚫 Crypto moonshots & meme stocks
🚫 Balance transfers without changing habits
🚫 “Zero down” traps
🚫 Jumping from hustle to hustle
🚫 Spending to “look successful”
🚫 Waiting on tax refunds with no plan
🚫 Buying courses but not applying
🚫 Starting businesses with no skills
🚫 Ignoring the boring stuff (budgeting, cash flow, emergency fund)

But the real path?
✅ Budget your money
✅ Build your credit
✅ Stack for assets
