I am a 20 year HR professional who fell in love with what HR could be in the context of understanding that creating amazing cultures lead to profits. As a senior HRBP for a variety of companies I've loved learning so much and applying talent strategies that reflect business growth through tools like Org Design, Compensation Modeling, Workforce Planning, Job Family Creation and Leadership Developme

nt. In 2020 I opened a consultancy, but started to see how many people were struggling to find work. I also became furious at the number of scam artists, liars and fake people who were manipulating desparate people, so I created the "DanFromHR" account to tell people the truth about how it all works. As an HRBP I design organizations so I am uniquely qualifed to explain how it works from the creation of a role, how it's priced, how it's designed, what job family it goes into, how to recruit for it how to onboard and how to create a successful environment for growth. As a result I've been quite honored to receive several public awards for helping people and developing a reputation for being direct, empathetic and adding value to people to help them materially increase their life.
