Exposure to foods has been shown to increase a child’s likelihood of eating it (over time) and help prevent picky eating.

🤗No stress
🤗Messy
🤗Experimental

Research has also found that pressure to eat tactics, like coercing or bribing kids to eat, can actually cause children to develop an aversion to the foods they are pressured to eat.
