Let’s take the pressure off consistency for a moment.
Consistency doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly.
It doesn’t mean having it all together every day.
For me, consistency started when I stopped trying to do too much.
There was a time I felt overwhelmed, trying to balance work, family, and my personal goals — and I couldn’t keep up.
But when I simplified my routine and focused on what I could realistically maintain, everything began to feel lighter.
Consistency became something that supported me — not something that stressed me out.
This week, choose one small habit you can stick with.
