For the past few years, Rachel Rowell Design Co. has built brands and websites for service businesses.

After a site launched, my clients kept coming back with the questions that mattered most to them. Are people calling? What happened to the leads that never booked?

I kept getting pulled into those answers, so I decided to grow the business around my clients needs.

Rachel Rowell Design Co. is now Harbor Growth Systems. We still design brands and websites, and now we also handle what comes after launch: local search, advertising, AI search, follow-up on every inquiry, and reporting that shows what your marketing actually produced.

You'll work with me directly on strategy, planning and reporting. My team handles the build and the day-to-day work behind the scenes.

We work specifically with home service companies, private practices and law firms, and we're based right here in Wilmington.

Proud to share our latest launch: Royal Electrical Contractors, a locally owned electrical company serving coastal North Carolina, now has a new website live at royalelectricalcontractors.com.

The build is fully responsive and structured around SEO from the ground up, with an eye toward how AI search and answer engines are already changing how people find a contractor. The goal was a site that works as hard as Royal Electrical does for their customers.

This is the work we love at Harbor Growth Systems: helping strong local businesses show up online with the same quality they deliver in person.
