Some of my nonprofit executive mentees? Yeah… they’ve reached what I call PhD status—and I don’t mean the kind you hang on a wall. I mean earned, tested, battle-ready leadership in the field.
I’ve been mentoring Lakesha Green for over a decade, and let me just say this: she didn’t just grow—she evolved, expanded, and executed at a level that even made me stop and say, “Okay now… come on through!”
