Important Taxidermy Policy Update
We want to take a moment to let all of our customers know about a change we will be making to our taxidermy policy moving forward.
Starting immediately payment in full will be required before any taxidermy work is started. This policy will apply to all mounts and is necessary to help us better manage our time, materials, and inventory while continuing to provide the quality of work our customers expect from us.
We understand that this is a change from how we have handled things in the past, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We value every customer who trusts us with their trophies, and our goal is to make the process as smooth and professional as possible for everyone.
We have always tried to be flexible and work with our customers when we can. However, going forward, we will need to be consistent with this policy and will not begin work on a mount until it has been paid in full.
