K-12 spaces are changing. The way students learn, how teachers teach, and how technology shows up in the classroom, it all keeps moving. Our role is to design schools that can keep up.

That means spaces that are flexible enough to adapt, durable enough to last, and thoughtfully planned so they actually support day-to-day learning, not just look good on paper.

We’ve worked across new builds, additions, and renovations, each with its own set of challenges, constraints, and priorities. The goal is always the same: to create environments that work for the people using them every day.

Boiling Springs Fire District Headquarters, Fire Station No. 11, was recognized with a Top Project Award by SCBIZ!

Located in Greenville, SC, this 20,000 SF public safety facility was designed to support both the department's operational demands and the day-to-day needs of the people behind it. The station includes three double-deep pull-thru bays, upper-level living quarters, a dayroom with a gas-log fireplace and a covered deck, administrative space, and a large training room.

Proud to see this project recognized and to be part of the team behind it!

Construction is officially underway at the future site of the new Parkertown Elementary School!

Our team was on site for the groundbreaking alongside an incredible group of partners and collaborators. It was a meaningful day celebrating the start of a project designed to support students, staff, and the community for years to come.

We’re grateful to be part of the team bringing this K–12 project to life alongside Benesch, Bennett & Pless, CMTA, Foodesign, and J.M. Cope.

Our team wrapped up Canstruction with Moo-ving the Needle, bringing an agricultural concept to life through design, coordination, and a lot of cans. The final product was on display for people to check out at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market.

Proud of this group for the thought, effort, and teamwork that went into it from start to finish.

Every can from the build is now headed to local food banks, supporting the community it was built for.
