A new project is officially underway in Concord.

We recently joined Edifice Construction for the groundbreaking of the new Concord Communications Center, a design-build project we’re proud to support.

Groundbreakings are always exciting milestones, but they’re even better when they mark the start of another strong collaboration between the design and construction teams.

We’re looking forward to seeing this project take shape.

World Architecture Day is a chance to look beyond what a building looks like and think about what it gives back.

The best spaces make daily life easier. They help people move through a community, gather within it, feel connected to it, and continue using it as needs change over time. That responsibility is part of every design decision we make.

For us, architecture is at its most meaningful when the finished space feels like it belongs to the people and the place it was designed for.

On Sunday, our team attended the ribbon-cutting and grand opening service celebrating the completion of Graceway Baptist Church’s new facility.

We’re grateful to have been part of the project and to celebrate this new chapter alongside the church community and project team, including Edifice Construction.

Wake Forest Fire Station No. 6 has reached a major milestone with the project's topping out.

Members of the Wake Forest Fire Department joined the project team to sign the final beam before it was set in place, marking an exciting moment in the station’s construction.

We are proud to serve as architect alongside Edifice Construction, Optima Engineering, Stewart, and Timmons Group.

Special thanks also to Gina Moore, Christopher Meyerhoeffer, and Justin Neu from our team.

We’re excited to see the project continue taking shape and move one step closer to serving the Wake Forest community.
