The hyper-speed growth of is wild.

Not in term of franchise units sold, but in terms of cultural relevancy.

In the category of HVLC (high variety low complexity) group fitness, these guys are making quite the entrance.

More than enough to attract Nike, which is a much better place for Nike versus owning their own gyms.

Excited to see this brand continue to develop.

For years, I would get push back from gym owners when I suggested introducing salary as a compensation model for their key staff members.

"But, what if they don't do the work I tell them to do?!"

"Salary doesn't incentivize people to do more than what their asked!"

This, and other silly bu****it, was the common feedback from clients.

Until I sat them down and showed them how they had been thinking about salary completely wrong, and ultimately handicapping the results they could get out of an employee with a few simple compensation adjustments.

Often times, the owner isn't even spending more money, and the employees were just as happy to have consistent paychecks.

I'm actually really glad to see this.

I think one of the biggest criticisms of the brand has been the refusal to budge off their historic and consistent playbook.

This is my opinion. It's not only smart business, but it's simply a great way for one of the most innovative companies that has ever existed within the fitness industry to deliver a new event and provide a new alternative to fitness racing that they are so uniquely an already established subject matter expert in.

Why I love this content and should steal it, run it though your own brand and create something unique to you:

It’s simple. Anyone can shoot this in 60 seconds.

The message isn’t deep, but it resonates and feels genuine.

Allows for you to call out the various WHYs (why do you come here?) of your core customer.

Oh, and I’m just amazed that keychain plastic fobs are still a thing. It presents way better than scanning a phone.
