In the project below you can check out how SERVCON addressed the removal and installation of a new 40 ton RTU (Roof Top Unit).

Step 1️⃣ : Disconnections are made and old unit is removed. New unit is delivered
Step 2️⃣ : A crane truck is used to remove the old unit and place the new unit.
Step 3️⃣ : The necessary gas/electrical connections are made.
Step 4️⃣ : Ductwork changes are made to support the new unit.

Due to it's proximity to the airport, this project not only required the mechanical and electrical permits but FAA clearance as well.
