Thanks to our valued client, for another roofing roofing replacement. This old 2 layer 3 tab shingle was completely removed and replaced with this beautiful Certainteed Landmark Cobblestone Gray architectural shingle.

This roof had a terrible leak because the previous roofer put shingles on a near flat slope. We replaced the complete roofing system with a combination of Certainteed 2 part modified bitumen low slope roofing and Certainteed Landmark Georgetown Gray architectural shingles. Turned out amazing!

Part 2 and final of repair. New modified bitumen base/cap 2 layer protection, new shingles installed, new chimney flashing installed. Thanks again to a great repeat customer!

Had a fun one today! 2 types of shingles put together (not recommended), rotten chimney cricket, rotten decking under the cricket, then ran short on materials After that some one turned off the lights and said go home! So we'll be back on it tomorrow morning. Stay tuned for the finished product.
