🎉 The first 24 hours of IMTS 2026 were nothing short of amazing!

Day one on the show floor brought incredible energy — countless great conversations and new relationships built with visitors from across the industry. 🤝

Last night, we celebrated our 50th Anniversary with a wonderful dinner honoring the distribution and press partners who have stood beside us through five decades of growth. It was a night to reflect on our history and celebrate everything we've built together. 🥂

And we're just getting started — even more to come this week!

IMTS is only 3 days away, and we’re excited to spotlight another saw that will be on display at this year’s show—the G320, a fully automatic, horizontal dual-column band saw.

The G320 is one of Cosen’s premier saws, combining rugged construction, reliability, and advanced technology for demanding production environments. Its rigid dual-column design and V_Drive technology provide the stability and cutting performance needed to take on a wide range of materials and applications.

Powered by Cosen’s SNC-100 controls, operators can program up to 100 different cutting jobs and index material lengths up to 999". ⏱ 27 days until IMTS 2026! ⏱

Cosen is gearing up for IMTS 2026 in Chicago, where we’ll be showcasing a lineup of advanced cutting solutions built for performance, precision, and productivity.

First up: the all new C36 Fully Enclosed Automatic Band Saw.

The C36 combines a 14.1" round cutting capacity with a powerful 7.5 HP blade motor and heavy-duty 1-1/2" blade. Servo-driven material feeding and saw frame movement deliver excellent accuracy and repeatability, while the 10" touchscreen HMI and built-in material library make setup and operation simple.

Cosen’s V_Drive technology enhances cutting performance on hard and difficult-to-machine materials while helping reduce blade vibration and extend blade life. The C36 also features laser-based first-cut detection and a mechanical quick-approach system to reduce non-cutting cycle time and keep production moving.
