It’s not about what you say.

Most entrepreneurs mix this up… and it creates chaos.

Projects ≠ Processes.

One is about the future = building what’s next.
The other is about the present = keeping the machine running.

If you don’t separate the two, your team gets stuck.

Here’s the simple equation I use to bring it all back into alignment:
