$89,000 business HELOC FUNDED!

This business owner couldn't qualify for conventional financing because his personal credit score was sitting in the low 600s. We looked at collateralized options, but he didn't have much to leverage on the equipment side. All he really had was his primary residence.

So we set him up with a business HELOC, a digital HELOC that underwrites off bank statements instead of traditional credit requirements, and got him a total limit of $89,000.

He's using about $50,000 of that to pay off his credit cards and bring down his utilization. That alone should give his personal credit an instant boost.

Once he crosses 680, the plan is to move him into a bank term loan or an SBA loan to pay off the rest of his debt along with the HELOC, and free up the cash flow he needs to keep growing.

If you're using Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle to collect payments for your business, stop. It's ruining your fundability.

$60,000 in working capital FUNDED for an Amazon DSP!

A delivery service provider working as a contractor for Amazon, came to us with a solid contract but a real cash flow problem. Amazon was slow paying him, and he needed something to bridge the gap.

He already had 8 loans in place under his EIN, and that debt load was limiting almost every option we had.

He only needed $50,000. So we got him $35,000 to start, then structured a second loan position behind the first for another $25,000, landing him at $60,000 total.

That gave him more than he needed to keep moving on his contracts and paying his drivers. He's got about $150,000 in receivables coming in by the end of this week, so he'll likely pay this off early and get a nice discount on the funds.
