🌟 The Story Behind the Brand: Liz Pippin Nelson | Milkin’ Cookie | Hot Mom Society Co-Founder🌟

Meet Elizabeth Pippin Nelson — proud Charlotte mom of two, co-founder of the Hot Mom Society, and the powerhouse behind Milkin’ Cookie.

After giving birth to her daughter Clara in 2021, Liz received a bag of Milkin’ Cookie mix as a gift — and instantly saw a boost in her milk supply. Inspired by the results, she went online to order more… only to find the business was for sale.

Most people would’ve moved on. But Liz saw a sign.
She believed so deeply in the mission, the impact, and the mamas Milkin’ Cookie was made to support — that she bought the whole company.

Now, Liz is on a mission to make sure every breastfeeding mom has access to high-quality, preservative-free lactation support that actually works (and tastes amazing too!). 💗🍪

We’re thrilled to feature one of our inspiring vendors for the Empower-Her Working Moms x event on May 13th at VIO Med Spa— meet Colleen Sullivan Forte, founder of Soliene, a permanent jewelry brand with a heartwarming mission.

After spending 10 years with the same company, Colleen was laid off this past December. Instead of that setback stop her, she saw it as a new beginning. With her severance package and a vision for something meaningful, she launched Soliene — a business she now runs alongside her daughter.

Together, they’ve built to spark joy, celebrate beauty, and create lasting memories through permanent pieces. Since launching in February, they’ve already come close to making back their initial investment — proof that passion, purpose, and a little sparkle go a long way.

Their goal? To bring joy to women who love jewelry and to build a future that mother and daughter can be proud of — together.
