McIntyre Neighborhood Association Welcome to the official McIntyre Neighborhood page. in Charlotte, NC. There are more than 550 homes consisting of single family dwellings and townhomes.

McIntyre is located in a high-growth corridor in Charlotte, NC, near shopping, schools, entertainment and easy access to interstate travel. McIntyre is a Homeowners Association neighborhood located off Reames Road near the intersection of Reames and West WT Harris Blvd. Amenities are the pool and a beautiful playground for children. The community that surrounds McIntyre has seen phenomenal growth

in the last several years making the area one of the most desirable locations in Charlotte. ARTICLE IV
MEETING OF MEMBERS

Section 6. Location. Meetings of Members shall be held within the Project or as close thereto as possible.

Section 7. Action Taken Without a Meeting. Any action which may be taken by the vote of Members at a regular or special meeting, except the election of the Board, may be taken in the absence of a meeting by written consent.

Number 1 (homeowners) is the correct answer to yesterday’s HOA membership question. All homeowners are automatically members of the HOA. According to Article V, Section 1, of McIntyre’s bylaws and Article 8 of the CCRs, to run for office board members must first be homeowners. A management company is chosen by the board to manage the affairs of the neighborhood. The hierarchy is homeowners, BOD then management company. This is a great discussion question. Let's hear from our board.
