New food alert!!!! I tried this King Pao Tempura Cauliflower from Trader Joe’s and it gets two thumbs up!! It has a little kick to it but if I can handle so can you. It’s a great way to sneak some veggies to your kiddos. I paired mine with Trader Joe’s brown rice. Does anyone have any good recommendations from your favorite store??

Today we hopped on the bikes and rode Mallard Creek/Clark’s Creek Greenway. I had been dying to see where the trail would take me. hung in there with me the whole 10.9 miles. She did amazing!!!

Remember you are allowed to go out to parks or go on walks and get fresh air!!!

I hit the gym for the first day of the year!!! It has actually been a long time because I have been doing my home workouts. I am so glad I have them for days when my time is limited. Once my break is over that will be almost every day but I have access to the Netflix of workouts so I am good. Drop a ❤️if you can’t make it to the gym but have 30 minutes a day to be active.
