Burnout isn’t a time management issue.
It’s a nervous system issue.
Last week, I was one of 20 leaders selected for Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Teacher Training through ReCAST II Mecklenburg — and it shifted how I think about leadership and sustainability.
As a trauma-informed counselor and founder of The Sojourner Truth Place, I see every day how much leaders carry.
We can’t build sustainable organizations with dysregulated nervous systems.
CRM gives us practical, science-based tools to help leaders return to their resilient zone — and yes, we’re bringing this training back to our community.
