Thank you Union County Pride for having my husband and I today with our AgeWell Advocacy table.🌈

Our conversations with elders and caregivers, the drag performances, and the accessible indoor venue made this Pride one that I would love to be a vendor at again next year. While the city of Charlotte is my home, I’m so happy to show more rural areas that my support is for them too.

This month's blog comes from my time this morning sipping coffee at one of my favorite coffee shops. There's something I love about an early morning before Charlotte traffic starts and my favorite third spaces aren't yet crowded.

This month, I wrote about options for caring for your older loved one at home. Every caregiving situation is unique and so are the factors that surround whether to care for your older loved one at home or to consider a long term care community.
