With over 30 years experience tuning, repairing, regulating, voicing and restoring pianos, having serviced both Grammy Award winning artists and studios, Adkins Piano Service is the choice for the discerning ear. We service the Charlotte metro area and beyond (Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Concord, Kannapolis, Gastonia, Monroe and more). And for over three years, he gained valuable experience under the tu

telage of Dewey Marshall, Jr. He has had the privileged to have tuned for artists such as U2, Bonnie Raitt, Ben Folds, Alicia Keys, Don Henley along with many professional recording studios, churches, colleges and universities. Adkins is a member of the Master Piano Technicians of America and a former Registered Piano Technician member of the Piano Technicians Guild. In his spare time, Dutch continues his passion for music as a drummer.

The first cold snap of the season just happened (below freezing temps last night) so we pulled out our faithful 5-gallon humidifiers (we have 5 units in our Charlotte Gallery, for example) at least two weeks before. Our showrooms won’t be dealing with out-of-tune pianos throughout winter!
