What is Mobius Systems?

Mobius Systems is a unique methodology developed by healthcare staffing strategists at Convergence Services Group, a professional services organization with over 100 years of combined experience in healthcare staffing. The Mobius System delivers a dynamic, customized, internally managed flexible workforce that allows healthcare facilities to best align staffing to census needs while reducing overall labor costs and containing associated risks and liabilities.
