𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. 𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 🎙️
I’m ready for more rooms, broader audiences, and new opportunities to make an impact.
For nearly two decades, my work has been guided by one simple belief:
𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.
But access is only part of the equation. You also have to be prepared when opportunity arrives.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, coaching, education, athletics, career development, and social impact, helping people and organizations grow, perform, lead, and create meaningful change.
Now, I’m bringing that work to more people.

I want to talk about developing people, moving from potential to performance, building influence, navigating career and life transitions, creating strong cultures, and defining success beyond a title, position, job, or uniform.
I also want to explore the experiences that shape how we show up. Identity. Culture. Motherhood. Resilience. Representation. And what it means to navigate ambition, leadership, and opportunity while carrying the many layers of who we are.
As a higher education leader, coaching expert, scholar, entrepreneur, consultant, and social engineer, I bring professional expertise to the table. As an Afro-Latina, mother, and two-time HBCU graduate, I bring lived experience, too.
