BeatFreaq is back.
And February is special.

We’re honored to host Supa Dave West—legendary producer, drummer, and architect of some of the most important sounds in hip-hop history. A vital part of the De La Soul sonic universe and fresh off Cabin in the Sky, Supa Dave’s catalog and impact sit comfortably alongside names like Dilla, Pete Rock, Hi-Tek, and Premier.

Joining him are Blacksmith Sundays, D-Chiz, Evil Laugh, and Stephen Life Music, each bringing their own flavor and perspective to the BeatFreaq stage.

It’s also Jah Freedom’s birthday month, so we’re celebrating community, music, and creative energy the only way we know how.

December 6. Beatfreaq. New music and the induction of new Beat Generals. Lots of love. Feed the streets is the theme. We are asking for donations to the Community Food Drive (no monetary donations please). Community care is the mission. As you know many people and families are struggling with the reduction, removal, or delay of SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits. Our children, elderly, unhoused and veterans are the most vulnerable and in the spirit of love and care, let’s do the right and necessary things. We have partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank.
What we need:
Canned and non-perishable items (We will be posting a most needed items list soon)
Volunteers to deliver the donated items to Second Harvest.
Volunteers to help receive Items at the door.
