Here's a big tip if you're selling your house. If your agent wants to take the pictures for the listing herself, insist on a professional photographer or find another agent. Pictures are one of the most important part of listing a house for sale these days and you don't want them cutting corners to save a few bucks. So many agents today still try to take pictures themselves. And if they show up to take the pictures with only a cell phone seriously consider changing agents. It doesn't matter how good they are, without proper equipment and know how, your listing will suffer.
