You can manage so many more clients using this framework without a huge team, without a ton of client churn, and without you carrying all the delivery work yourself.

I hit a ceiling in my business at $100k months because my identity and business model weren’t aligned with the work I wanted to be doing.

I absolutely could have kept forcing it, and it probably would have worked…

But I left my corporate job in 2020 to avoid that soul-sucking feeling, so why settle for that in my business?

Since December 2024 I have been going through this process of shedding things that are not longer aligned. I keep thinking I’m done but then something else comes up 🫠

And while part of me feels like an imposter to be the person supporting other business owners in scaling their business, I also know EXACTLY what you’re going through and have so much experience working with business owners who have scaled successfully.

Back into sales by offer
Then figure out how many clients you need

Knowing how you might do the thing (and imagining how great it’ll go when you do it) is NOT the same thing as ACTUALLY doing the thing.

In business, what matters is what you do, not what you dream about but never follow through on.
