While Meridian marked her introduction to the adhesives industry six years ago, Lucy brings over two decades of experience in payroll and benefits—paired with a unique perspective shaped by time spent as a stay-at-home mom before reentering the workforce 15 years ago.

In her role, Lucy manages six payrolls across multiple schedules, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for every cycle. She also oversees all company benefits—guiding new hires, coordinating open enrollment, collaborating with vendors, and traveling to support employees across locations. Her ability to simplify complex information helps employees feel confident and supported in their decisions.

Lucy’s expertise lies in payroll and benefits administration, where precision and trust go hand in hand. Whether it’s delivering flawless payroll or helping employees navigate life events, she plays a key role in creating a dependable and supportive workplace experience.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys staying active through strength training and long walks, as well as camping (with a preference for “glamping”), exploring state parks, and spending time with family and friends. She’s also an avid reader with a love for adventure, suspense, and mystery novels.
