Yesterday was so hectic, I didn’t even pause to acknowledge something major…

Happy 11-Year Anniversary to TMC Express.

11 years ago, I made a decision that changed my life. I walked out of the doors of the NCDMV, drove straight to the City of Gastonia and the Gaston County Courthouse, and registered my business—all in one day. No hesitation. Just faith and determination.

Has the journey looked like I imagined? No.
But has it been worth it? Absolutely.

I’m grateful for every lesson, every setback, every client, every late night, and every win—big or small. Because it all built me. It all built this.

It may not be where I thought I’d be by now, but I’m not stuck—I’m still growing, still evolving, and still walking in purpose.

I see expansion.
I feel expansion.
I speak expansion over TMC Express.

So today, I celebrate me.
I celebrate consistency.
I celebrate obedience.
And I celebrate 11 years of not giving up.

TMC Express turned 10!

Ten years ago, I walked away from a secure job I held for 16 years. I didn’t have all the answers—but I had a vision, a prayer, and my last paycheck. That same day, TMC Express was born.

Let me be honest—it hasn’t all been smooth sailing. There have been highs, lows, setbacks, and lessons. But through it all, I’ve remained grounded in this truth:
God has never failed me.

Over the years, I’ve grown this business with faith, grit, and grace. I’ve expanded services, explored new territory, and embraced every challenge. And none of this would have been possible without the people God placed around me:

To everyone who’s prayed for me, referred someone to me, reposted my work, booked my services, or simply said a kind word about what I do—thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To my very first clients, Andreana Ramseur and Susan Singleton—thank you for giving me a chance. The fact that you’re still with me 10 years later is something I don’t take lightly.

To every client who trusted me with your needs, formed genuine relationships, and kept coming back—you are the heart of TMC Express. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you.

And to those who pushed me and prayed me through when I felt like giving up—your support was necessary. You helped me stay the course.

For anyone out there thinking about starting a business—PRAY. Then PRAY some more. Let God guide your steps. Speak life over your vision. Trust the process. I started with what I had—and God honored it.
