Operational excellence isn't accidental. It's engineered.
Nearly a decade ago, we founded OLAF with a simple belief: operational partners should do more than complete tasks. They should improve the organizations they serve.
Since 2016, we've had the privilege of partnering with mortgage servicers, mortgage funds, default law firms, investors, and trustees to strengthen operations where they matter most.
The metrics in this graphic aren't the objective.
They're the outcome of thousands of decisions guided by one principle:
Do what's right for the client, even when it's the harder conversation.
That means identifying overlooked revenue instead of accepting the status quo.
It means strengthening compliance instead of simply checking a box.
It means questioning inefficient processes instead of assuming they're permanent.
And yes, it sometimes means creating healthy tension by asking, "Why?" when everyone else is comfortable with, "Because that's how we've always done it."
The strongest partnerships we've built weren't founded on always agreeing. They were built on trust, transparency, accountability, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
The work is never finished.
There are always better processes to build, more opportunities to uncover, and higher standards to set.
We're grateful to every client, partner, and member of the OLAF team who has trusted us since 2016. It is a privilege to serve an industry that helps families achieve homeownership, and we remain committed to raising the standard for operational excellence every single day.
