At Meduit, we consider a healthy workplace to be one where everyone feels respected, does their best work, and has room to advance. There’s not much more you can ask for as an employee.

One sign we’re on the right path: Receivables Management Partners, a Meduit company, was named one of 2025’s Best Places to Work for Women by Best Companies Group. The honor is based on direct feedback from employees, which makes the recognition even more meaningful. It’s an authentic reflection of how people here actually experience their jobs.

We’re proud of the achievement but not necessarily surprised by it. Women hold leadership positions across every department we have, for no other reason than they’re the best people to deliver the RCM results our clients demand.

Putting our most talented people in the best position to succeed is how our company was built. There’s no impetus to change that now.

Patients don’t know the difference between Insurance, Early Out, and Bad Debt. What they do know is that they have a bill to pay, and they want it handled without a lot of back-and-forth.

But when three different vendors handle those stages, patients wind up having the same conversation three times with three different people. And that’s when frustration sets in, along with a growing reluctance to engage.

That reluctance costs the hospital money. It costs the hospital its reputation too, because as far as the patient is concerned, every representative who calls is sitting somewhere in the hospital. Patients don’t know or care about outside vendors, just that they had to keep explaining things over and over.

One partner handling all three services means whoever calls has all the information in front of them. There’s no repetition or starting from the beginning.

Meduit’s Comprehensive Business Office covers Insurance, Early Out, and Bad Debt with one team and one cohesive approach. Learn more at

Two challenges stand in the way of virtually every standalone and mid-sized hospital’s revenue cycle team at the moment: being understaffed and under-teched.

Given the shortage of RCM professionals, hiring more people isn’t a realistic solution. Adopting the necessary AI solutions isn’t either, at least not without the experienced people and processes to run it.

Meduit’s Comprehensive Business Office (CBO) brings all three components together. Our experienced team, established processes, and AI-driven tools work alongside your team to give them the support they need.

See how hospitals are using CBO to expand capacity and ease the pressure on their RCM teams without adding headcount: https://hubs.li/Q04tRPd50

You can tell a lot about someone by what they bring to a cook-off.

Our Sartell, MN, office held a Dip Cook-Off and Recipe Swap, and the range of cuisine said it all. From the cold Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake dip at one end of the table to the hot and spicy Chorizo Queso on the other, a wide range of tasty dishes was enjoyed by everyone.

Different people, different tastes, and one undeniably fun office.

Around 40% of denied claims are never resubmitted. Not because someone reviewed them and decided they weren’t worth pursuing. Actually, quite the opposite.

It’s because a hospital business office without the requisite people or technology has to pick and choose its RCM battles, and lower-level claims often fall through the cracks.

What makes this scenario even worse is that a Health Affairs analysis of Medicare Advantage claims found that two-thirds of the denials that providers resubmitted got approved. So, filing appeals works. The problem is not having enough people or time to get through the AI-generated pile.

Our latest blog looks at what this capacity issue is costing hospitals and how to overcome it.

In a few hours, Meduit’s Eric Day will take the stage to present “Two Simple Words: Stay Positive.” at the TORCH/TARHC Fall Conference & Tradeshow in Round Rock, TX.

Eric is a two-time brain cancer survivor. During treatment, he met a young girl named Allison who was going through her own battle. Their interaction changed Eric’s life.

This isn’t a talk about denial management or AI in healthcare. It’s about the one thing that any of us can actually control, which is how we approach the circumstances in front of us.

If you’re at the Kalahari Resort, don’t miss Eric at 11am this morning.

Glue sticks. Spiral notebooks. A souped-up calculator with fancy extra buttons. Families all across the country are checking these items and more off their back-to-school shopping lists.

As is tradition here at Meduit, our leadership teams got together to help office employees provide school supplies for their children.

The kids may not be on board quite yet, but their backpacks are loaded and ready for the first bell. It’s always great to get the school year off to such a generous start.
