🍂 Hello, September! A New Season of Care

September brings changing seasons, cooler mornings, and new routines. For many seniors, the transition into fall is also a good opportunity to take a fresh look at their daily routines and the support they may need at home.

At Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, we believe care should be built around the individual, not the other way around.
