I wanted to be sure you were aware of the surcharge that RAZ is having to do to cover tariff and shipping costs.

Dear valued customer,

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate the ongoing effects of recent tariff changes on our business operations.

We’ve been working diligently to minimize the impact on our vendors, customers, and company. Our vendor partners are already back in production and are focused on holiday orders to ensure the best possible delivery timelines.

However, the reality is the new 30% tariff represents a significant increase from where we stood in February, prior to this round of tariffs. In addition, we anticipate rising shipping rates over the next 90 days as global production and logistics demand ramps up.

To help offset a portion of these increased costs, we will be implementing an 18% surcharge on all orders shipping on or after June 15, 2025. This surcharge will apply to both existing and new 2025 Holiday and Holiday Candle orders. We anticipate Holiday shipping to start in mid-July.

We remain fully committed to providing the high-quality products and service you expect from us. Everyone will end up sharing in the cost: suppliers, vendors, reps, retailers, and the end consumers.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued partnership as we navigate these challenges together.
