I'm excited about the two one-day workshops, Aug 3 and 4 in the Washington DC area.
The Friday, Aug 3 workshop, "Creating Workplaces Where People Thrive: Introduction," assumes no NVC awareness and is oriented to business and nonprofit leaders. It is essentially an introduction to NVC in the context of business, including impact at the organizational level in terms of processes, structure, etc.
The Saturday, Aug 4 workshop, "NVC Expanded: Learnings from the Workplace," assumes at least a fundamental knowledge of NVC, though I believe even experienced trainers would enjoy it. It is essentially a deepening of NVC to highlight needs as living energy; fierce and gentle qualities of connection; and exploring needs of the WE as the basis for creating a living organization or group.
