Kiersten shares how events produced by her client, the Virginia Thoroughbred Association, can be much more involved than a typical conference—usually revolving around races and other outdoor events with a lot of (literally!) moving pieces.
The VTA uses AI to manage entries, track event logistics and communicate schedules during a hectic day of meetings and racing. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure everyone from horse owners to exhibitors to attendees have a seamless day at the racetrack, and AI tools help her do that.
